Listly Marketplace Assistant Privacy Policy

Listly Marketplace Assistant is a Chrome extension that helps users prepare Facebook Marketplace listing drafts from pasted listing text and locally selected product photos.

Single Purpose

Listly Marketplace Assistant helps sellers prepare Facebook Marketplace listing drafts from user-provided listing text and local product photos. It fills common draft fields for human review and does not automatically publish listings.

Data Processed

Listly may process the following user-provided website content:

• Listing text pasted into the extension popup, such as title, price, category, condition, description, and product tags
• Product photo files selected by the user
• Facebook Marketplace draft form fields needed to prepare the listing draft
• Batch progress and helper status for the user's current listing workflow

Listly does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information, health information, financial information, payment information, authentication information, personal communications, location data, web browsing history, or unrelated user activity.

Local Storage

Listly stores listing drafts, selected local photo copies, batch queue progress, and helper status locally in the user's browser using Chrome extension storage. This local storage allows users to continue a batch across Facebook Marketplace tabs.

Users can clear saved batch data and local photo copies from the extension popup by using the "Clear saved batch/photos" button.

Data Sharing

Listly does not sell user data.

Listly does not transfer user data to third parties.

Listly does not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to preparing user-requested Marketplace listing drafts.

Listly does not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Remote Servers and Remote Code

Listly does not send listing text, selected photos, or Marketplace draft data to any remote server.

Listly does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly. All extension JavaScript is included in the submitted extension package.

Publishing and User Review

Listly does not automatically publish Facebook Marketplace listings. Users must review each listing draft and publish manually.

Third-Party Websites

Listly works on Facebook Marketplace listing creation pages. Facebook Marketplace is operated by Meta and is subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices. Listly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.
